Rocío Cid Díaz, manager of Grupo Cuevas, took part in “O Encontro de Sober”, sitting on the panel discussion entitled “Strategies for optimising risk management in the agri-food sector”.

The event brought together professionals and companies from the sector to reflect on the main challenges currently facing the agri-food industry, in a context marked by the need to become more competitive, ensure quality and adapt to increasingly demanding markets.

During the panel discussion, key issues were addressed, such as supply chain management, the importance of having certified and efficient processes, the role of technological innovation in risk reduction, and the diversification of products and markets as a strategy to strengthen business stability and growth.
