Part of the Cuevas y Cía team travelled to IFEMA last week to meet with customers in love with Galician chestnuts, to receive great friends of the brand and, of course, to present all the new products in our catalogue. Rocío Cid, manager of Cuevas y Cía, and Ariana Álvarez, the company's sales representative, have not stopped during the last few days of January, trying to make the most of this experience in the capital, where the key lies in the fusion between innovation and tradition.
For example, our goat's cheese with marron glacé was undoubtedly one of the star products of the fair, as those who came to our stand let us know! Without forgetting another good pairing, the result of connecting the great chefs with our Cuevas Chef line.
Our team arrived at Madrid Fusión 2025 with our homework done and our new special formats for the hotel and catering industry, which professionals have been asking us for some time, and which have also been a success.
Once again, the Alma de Bosque de Galicia has conquered the most demanding palates!
